Terms of Service

What we do
Florida LLC Pros ("we," "us") is a document filing and registered agent service based in the U.S. We prepare and submit business filings — such as Articles of Organization — to the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations on your behalf, and provide related services described in your plan. We are a filing service, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney or accountant.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information for your filing — including your desired LLC name, business address, and member or manager details — and to respond to our requests for information needed to complete your order. State approval of any filing is determined by the Florida Division of Corporations, not by us.
Pricing and renewals
Plan prices are shown at checkout and include the $125 Florida state filing fee where stated. Plans that include registered agent service include it for the first year; registered agent service renews annually thereafter at the current renewal rate (currently $99/yr) unless cancelled. Where a plan is billed as an annual subscription, it renews on your purchase anniversary unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel renewals at any time by emailing [email protected].
Refunds
Our money-back guarantee is described in our Refund Policy. In short: we refund in full before your filing is submitted to the Florida Division of Corporations; after submission, the $125 state fee is non-refundable because the State of Florida does not refund it.
Registered agent service
Where your plan includes registered agent service, we (or our commercial registered agent partner) serve as your LLC's registered agent in Florida and receive service of process and official state mail on your behalf, which we forward to the contact information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. If registered agent service lapses or is cancelled, you must appoint a replacement agent with the Division of Corporations to keep your LLC in good standing.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions or delays of the Florida Division of Corporations, the IRS, or other government agencies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
